PP/PE strapping band making machine is manufactured with main reinforced extrusion machine, assorted auxiliary machine, extended cooling tank, drying box, traction e***istic unit and non-sandwiched strip. YZJZS-96 is applied to directly make into manual bundling strip; YZJZB-96 is applied to directly make into bundling strip used by hand or in machine, lettering package core, all processes can be over only one time; YZJZQ-96 is also applied to directly make into manual bundling strip used by hand, in machine or lettering package core; featuring super wide, slim or narrow, tran***rent, dying and lettering into bundling strip. It currently has the highest Performance Price Ratio(PPR),it also the product with more competitiveness and the most popular for middle- and small-sized enterprise.
i. Extrusion machine. Main machine equips with one screw (diameter 80mm), auxiliary one with screw (diameter70mm), it also equips with mutation-mode screw, machine head is right-
angle; with electric heat.
ii. Cooling tank. Extended tank shall assure the cooling capacity for different product and make strip attain the optimal extension in the course of molecules orientation.
iii. Traction machine. it applied to use bi-directional extension device, traction relies on the traction roller with female screwed and gantry pressed double-roller. Two non-step speed-regulating devices are respectively used to adjust for roller rotation speed to form different linear speeds in two forward or backward extension rollers.
Iv. Winding machine. YZJZS-96 equips with single-plate winding machine, mainly applied to make into manual bundling strip. YZJZB-96 equips with curling strip machine and mainly used to make into machine-used strip; YZJZQ-96 equips with winding machine and strip curled machine.
v. Precise manufacturing mouth mold, optically adjust for width and thickness of bundling strip, feature convenience, practicability and accurate adjustment.
